Name me a person who doesn’t love the Soul Glo ad from Coming to America ? Looks like Cara’s been using too much of the stuff in this Mario Testino shoot.
MICALLEF
Antony Micallef’s 21st Century Love is a stunning piece of art. His style has changed since painting the original back in ’05 but it’s still one of our favourites. Puppet tool and crash zooms were used to bring this girl to life.
POSE
Artist POSE is one to watch. Hidden meanings and punchy colours, what’s not to like. A subtle parallax motion technique was used to fly through one of his paintings.
CHEVRIER
Sandra’s paintings consist of sticking a bunch of comic book images onto girls faces. So this got us thinking that her work would look cool animated. So thats what we did. The studio drew inspiration from the Marvel logo sequence at the beginning of it’s films.
